1.By purchasing my service, you automatically agree to the following rules:

2.Illustration commissions do not come with commercial use. Commercial use price will be +50%. Any services associated to VTubing/Opening scene animations already include commercial use.

2-2.Use my illustration for Vtuber account pfp/banner/server emote doesn't have to purchase commersial use. But for merchandise, members only content will need to purchase commercial use. Feel free to ask me if you have any concern

3.Editing: You are allowed to ask for 2 adjustments/edits throughout the sketching and finished art process respectively. Large adjustments on the finished piece will be charged an additional fee.

4.There will be WIP post on X (Twitter) or live stream on Twitch. if you're not okay with it, feel free to discuss it with me. For Non-Disclosure Agreement, you will be charged an extra 10%-30%

5.Client will pay 50% or full price before starting work. For illustration and VTuber models (only art), full balance will be paid after draft is confirmed. For VTuber Model (Art+Rig), full balance will be paid after the ready-to-rig model art is completed.

6. Payment method:PayPel;Wise;銀行轉帳(限台灣)

7. If payment method is PayPel. 4.4% fee will be add on invoice.

2. We will discuss the work details, pricing & completion date

3. You will provide full payment or 50% before starting work.

4. I will begin the sketch (can be adjusted 2 times)

5. Complete image(can be adjusted 2 times. Once the sketch is confirmed, I'll only accept small adjustment for the complete image.)

6. Final file delivery

If I cancel the commission

-Due to personal reasons, cancel the commission. you will receive a full payment refund. (If I already started the work, you can choose to pay for what I've done and receive an incomplete file or receive your money back)

If client cancels the commission

-If I haven't started yet, 20% of the commission price will be taken

-During draft, 50% of the commission price will be taken.(You can have the draft.)

--During the art. 0%-50% refund of the commission price will be taken. Depending on how much work I have already done. (You may not ask for the incomplete file but you can have the draft.)

The party canceling the commission pays the handling fee.
